Hi, I’m Jagadeesh. I teach yoga at formstark Lund, where I believe yoga isn’t just about stretching your body—it’s about reaching out.
My approach to yoga is rooted in kindness, silence, and the joy of simply sitting together.
From early yoga mats to quiet revolutions
My yoga journey began at age 11 in India, long before yoga mats were even invented.
My father enrolled me in a Yoga summer camp where we breathed deeply and listened quietly to our body and mind.
These memories continue to shape my classes today—quiet, welcoming spaces that feel more like old friendships than formal instruction.
