Starting January 2026, we are proud to offer Personal Training services. Our personal training is independent from group training — you don’t need to be part of a group class to book personal sessions.

You can train individually or as a pair (duo session). Before we create your personalized plan, we offer a free 1-hour consultation to understand your goals and needs. Based on this discussion, we’ll build a complete package that includes training, progress tracking, and nutrition guidance.
