Content

Participants pair up and engage in a circuit of up to 10 exercise stations. They work efficiently for a brief interval (e.g., 45 seconds) before transitioning to the next station during a short break (e.g., 20 seconds).

Each station focuses on a distinct aspect of body functionality (such as pulling, pushing, squats, drops, rotations, etc.), and progressions are available for each exercise.

Following the session, the entire body receives comprehensive training, stimulating muscle growth.
